Government Access Requests
Version 1.0.0
Government Access Requests
This page reports, in aggregate, the requests Qualsis receives from governments, law enforcement, and other public authorities for customer data held in QortexOS. It is the transparency report described in Section 8.5 of our Data Processing Addendum.
What we do when a request arrives
Your data belongs to you. If a public authority sends Qualsis a legally binding request for customer data, we:
- Tell the affected customer promptly and consult with them before we respond, wherever the law allows it
- Challenge the request where there are reasonable grounds to do so
- Provide only the minimum information the request requires
- Keep a record of every request and of how we handled it
Requests received
Period | Requests received | Requests where customer data was disclosed | Customer accounts affected |
|---|---|---|---|
From the start of Qualsis's operations through September 21, 2026 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
The figures cover every kind of request the law allows us to report.
What counts as a request
A request is any legally binding demand from a public authority for customer data held in QortexOS: a subpoena, a court order, a search warrant, a national security demand, or the equivalent from an authority outside the United States. It does not include demands for Qualsis's own business records, and it does not include a customer asking us to help with a request the customer received.
How often we update this page
We update this page at least once a year, and after any period in which we receive a request.
Service incidents are reported elsewhere
This page is not a record of service or security incidents. Service status and incident history are published at https://status.qortexos.com. If a personal data breach affects your data, we notify you directly, as Section 10 of the Data Processing Addendum provides and, for protected health information, Section 5 of the Business Associate Agreement.
