Exercise Your Privacy Rights

Qualsis handles two kinds of personal data: data we collect for ourselves (our websites, newsletter, sales, support, and billing), and data our customers bring into QortexOS, which belongs to their world, not ours. This page tells you how to exercise your privacy rights over either kind, what to expect from us, and how the timelines work. It applies alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes what we collect and why.

Your rights

What you can ask for depends on where you live. We honor the rights below consistent with the law that applies to you.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can ask us to: tell you whether we process your personal data and give you a copy of it; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; give it to you in a portable, machine-readable format; stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interests, and stop direct marketing unconditionally; honor a withdrawal of consent; and not subject you to a decision made solely by automated processing that has legal or similarly significant effects.

If you are a California resident, you can ask us to: tell you what personal information we collect about you and give you the specific pieces; delete it; correct it; stop any sale or sharing of it (we do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, as the CCPA defines those terms; where a configuration shares identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, you can opt out through our cookie preferences or by asking us); and limit the use of sensitive personal information. You will never be treated worse for exercising any of these rights.

If you live in another US state with a comprehensive privacy law (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others as their laws take effect), you have rights similar in substance: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-outs from certain processing. We honor them consistent with your state's law and will tell you which law applies to your request.
